What is the estimated turn around time?
This will greatly depend on the problem, but all tickets receive a first response within 1 business day of creation.
Can you repair hacked websites?
Also dependant on the circumstance, but generally if you’ve fallen victim to a hacked website we will be able to repair or restore.
We’ll also recommend that you migrate to our secure managed hosting environment and implement proper maintenance – Something we can handle for you.

Do you offer web hosting?
Yes! Hosting trials are included with all of our website packages – hosting is $5 per month from when the trial period ends, or you can migrate to a host of your choice.
Can you connect my domain to my website?
Yes! Our Premium and Ecommerce packages include the configuration of your domain’s DNS records to point the domain name to our web server.
Do you provide refunds?
We are unfortunately unable to provide any refunds once we have began working on your website.
Do you cater to custom requests?
